Thermoformed Recreational Products

Various products in the recreational market are either made from or incorporate thermoformed components including body parts for ATV’s and snowmobiles, canoes, kayaks, spas, hot tubs, exercise components, portable coolers, sporting goods, and a variety of others..

Recreational products are produced on both shuttle and rotary cut sheet thermoforming equipment utilizing vacuum, pressure and twin sheet thermoforming processes. The thermoforming equipment is sized in ranges from 3’ x 4’ to 14’ x 22’ for products from a multitude of materials such as polypropylene, APET, HDPE, HIPS, TPO, ABS and acrylic.

Smaller, thinner gauge products can be produced using Brown Machine's continuous thermoforming machines, trim presses, and tooling with configurations including production from roll stock or in-line extrusion and with either rule/forge die or match metal trim.
