A multitude of interior and exterior products for the automotive industry are thermoformed on Brown Machine's cut sheet thermoforming machines. A short list of thermoformed products for the automotive industry would include: fuel tanks, truck bed liners, wheel well liners, front and rear facias, body panels, instrument panels, headliners, interior and exterior decorative trim components, and tote boxes.
Thermoformed automotive products are produced on shuttle, rotary and custom cut sheet thermoforming equipment utilizing vacuum, pressure and twin sheet processes. The equipment is sized in ranges from 3’ x 4’ up to 14’ x 22’ from a multitude of materials such as polypropylene, HDPE, HIPS, TPO, ABS, PVC, multi-layer barrier and other specialty materials.
